This spacious three bedroom apartment comfortably accomodates five people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and there is a separate bathroom with shower with toilet.

With a direct view of the Matterhorn, every day begins with a great holiday vibe. The design of the high wooden beam ceiling is typical of the region and gives this apartment its special character. Whether summer or winter, our guests always feel comfortable here. The large balcony showcases the wonderful panorama outside.

The Magic Flute

‘The Magic Flute’ covers an impressive 108 square meters and accommodates 5, maximum 6 people.

This three bedroom non-smoking apartment has an entertainment system comprising flat screen TV and an audio/video system. The bright and friendly living area has a wood burner and is furnished with comfortable wooden furniture. The kitchen is well equipped, even by the standards of the most ambitious cook. There’s also a fondue set, Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster.

The apartment boasts a clear view of Switzerland’s most famous icon, the Matterhorn. The lift stations and cable cars are all within a ten minute walk.

Don Quichotte

This apartment has plenty of space for 5, maximum 6 people. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The open plan living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchenette leading to a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Basic toiletries, towels and bathrobes are provided and there is an audio and video system with docking station and flat screen television. There is also a fondue set and a Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal.

Don Giovanni

With three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet, there’s more than enough space for 5-6 people in this apartment. The living and dining areas include a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a furnished south facing terrace.
Basic toiletries are included as well as bed linen, towels and bathrobes. There is an audio and video system with docking station and flat screen television for your entertainment. You will also find a fondue set and a Nespresso coffee machine available in the kitchen.


With its spacious rooms, ‘Carmen’ is suitable for a small family. The apartment is located on the top floor with amazing panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, a place where you can relax fully and get the rest that you need.

Thanks to its high ceilings the apartment is bright and airy. Its well thought out design makes for highly functional living spaces. As with all the apartments, it is non-smoking meaning that clean air is a given. This apartment, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday not forgetting, has an incredible view of the Matterhorn.


Cosy, elegant yet homely – feel good in Fidelio!

This two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people. The master bedroom is en-suite, with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The second bathroom is separately accessible and has a shower and toilet.

The apartment has a spacious living room and the kitchenette with adjoining dining area is fully equipped. Like all apartments in the building, Fidelio is non-smoking but there is a balcony which can be used for smoking at any time.


Great location, excellent facilities and a superb view: This is the verdict of guests who booked one of the nine apartments in La Bohème. With a floorspace of 86m2 and two bedrooms, ‘Rigoletto’ is ideal for a family.

If you prefer not to cook at home in the well-equipped kitchen, restaurants offering local Valais specialties or international cuisine can be found nearby.


Stylish, charming and comfortable – ‘Tosca’ is a dream apartment.

With two bedrooms and a floorspace of over 86 m², this apartment can accommodate up to four people. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with bath and toilet. The second bedroom has a twin bed. There’s also a separately accessible bathroom with shower and toilet.

In addition to the living room, this apartment also has a fully equipped kitchenette leading onto the dining area. The garden borders directly on the apartment making it an ideal choice for families with children. Tosca is a non-smoking apartment but there is a balcony where you can smoke outside.

Don Juan

Elegance meets comfort – experience down-to-earth luxury in ‘Don Juan’

At 60m2, Don Juan offers spacious living with one bedroom with a king-size bed. It is perfect for either a couple or a single person. A fully equipped living and dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet completes this comfortable apartment.

The entire apartment has a truly unique charm. Conceived and designed by local artist, Heinz Julen, it has a private terrace with seating and a Matterhorn view, making this apartment something very special.



The modern kitchens are fully equipped. In addition to a Nespresso coffee machine, there is a toaster and kettle as standard. A complete fondue set brings you closer to the Swiss cheese tradition and makes it even more exciting.

Included in the rent

The rental price includes a variety of amenities and services. Amongst other things, these include a WiFi connection and TV so that you can stay connected and enjoy your favourite programmes. Additionally, all utilities such as caretaker and elevator are also included so everything is taken care of.

Furthermore, access to a spa facility means that you can relax and unwind. Lockable lockers are also available so that you can keep your ski equipment safe and secure. A ski room, laundry room, bicycle storage and a lockable cellar are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are also provided.

Overall, the rental price offers an all-round ‘worry free’ package so that you can concentrate fully on your stay and enjoy your time to the max.

The following are not included in the rental price: -Flat rate visitor’s tax (CHF 160.00 per bed per year- invoiced by Zermatt tourism) -Electricity (metered consumption- invoiced by EWZ) -Cleaning and washing of bed linen. If required, we can take care of this at an hourly rate of CHF 60.

-Commercial subletting e.g. via commercial platforms such as Airbnb,, Expedia etc as well as the use of the property as a shared flat is strictly prohibited.

La Bohème Résidence


“La Bohème résidence” is located in the so-called Steinmatte quarter. It can be conveniently accessed by elevator via Reidstrasse.

The cable car stations that take you up to Zermatt’s fascinating mountain world are all within a 5-10 minute walk. A world that guarantees the heart of every hiker, climber or snow enthusiast will skip a beat.

You can of course also enjoy sporting activities in the sports arena just a few minutes walk away: a tennis court or ice-skating rink in the winter.

Nearby there are a number of dining possibilities to satisfy a variety of culinary cravings, ranging from rustic Valais specialities to exotic sushi. There are bars and nightclubs that have hosted celebrities and achieved fame in their own right. You’ll also find businesses and shops that meet all your needs from everyday items to trendy sports gear and clothing to exclusive jewellery.
